Cost Controls

Compute earned values for all activities and provide reports on the budgeted cost of work scheduled, budgeted cost of work performed, actual cost of work performed and estimate to complete. Establish and maintain a system of cost accounts pertaining to costs under contract. Ensure financial crosswalk for cost accounting and design work break down structures are developed. Monitor costs of design, construction, changes and local trends.

Document Controls

This serves as the project library and is an on-going task that will continue to the end of the contract. Coordinate and track design reviews to ensure the incorporation of design codes/standards, cost effectiveness proposals, scheduling and interfaces between construction groups. Design, develop, staff, and implement a document tracking and storage system for use during design, construction, start-up and operation. Track and report on significant project management decision using the action item list method

CPM Scheduling

Design, develop, staff, and implement a scheduling system capable of all scheduling tasks assigned. Some of these tasks include the production of master milestone and summary schedules, progress schedules and construction schedules. Prepare preliminary schedules to support contract compliance and partial notice to precede tasks. Monitor the progress of the project by plotting planned versus actual progress, propose revisions to a project by submitting a narrative description of the changes proposed along with an update of the schedule basis and assumptions.

Project Planning Development

Prepare for Project, a detailed Project Management Plan, including in the plan a schedule of project control activities to be applied during the project span to measure milestones and deliverables.

We will define the scope of the project, a schedule for completing it and measuring project performance against the project plan, coupled with a reporting system that identifies deviations from the plan.

Provide inspection services to ascertain that the construction meets the intended design.

Reporting

Prepare a monthly progress report describing work accomplished on a task and a subtask basis, consistent with the task list as well as a status report that provides information on job costs incurred and invoiced. Summary report could consist of information on executed contract modifications and information on costs budgeted vs. actual costs and costs to date. In addition, the report could include a narrative of deliverables, accomplishments and current issues relating to the work.
